National All is Ours day is today. So, if you have never heard about this day before; the meaning of the day is to look at things in a different way.

National All is Ours Day

First and foremost – this day is all about appreciating what we have. Hence, this day is also devoted to sharing what we have. At the same time, it is enjoyable to go outside and experience nature. For instance, if you live near the mountains, ocean or in a scenic area – get outside and plan some time to decompress.

Since most of us have places to be during the day, try to find some time to get outside to soak up your surroundings. If you have the time, plan a day trip. Or if you can, plan a vacation.

No matter what you do, the day is about doing something for ourselves.

Celebrate National All is Ours Day

By the way, if you’re not sure what to do today, the following are a few ideas I have for you.

  • Spend your day with someone you care about.
  • Share your time doing something for someone.
  • Whether you like reading, sightseeing or taking in the scenery; find a special place and head out. After all, what’s not to love about soaking up the sun, the ocean or the mountains?
  • Be open. Indeed the things you do – can help benefit someone else.

Every year begins with Celebrate Life Month. Similarly to this month, today is all about taking some time to do things we may not normally do. To read more, be sure to visit my Celebrate Life Month January post.

In summary, enjoy your surroundings. Whether you’re looking up at the stars, soaking up the rays or take advantage of the natural beauty of the ocean, mountains or a scenic landscape – make this day one you won’t forget.

As always, I welcome your comments.
